Assay TV sits down with Gary Harvey, Managing Director of Rincon Resources (ASX: RCR). Gary updates us about assay results from the latest ten holes drilled at the Hasties Prospect, which is part of the South Telfer Gold-Copper Project. These most recent results are part of a 27-hole (4,944m) maiden Reverse Circulation (RC) drill programme, which was completed in August 2021.
The holes show intersected zones of high-grade copper-gold mineralization over 150m of strike, including 42m @ 1.17 g/t Au and 0.26% Cu from the surface. Gary says that results for the remaining 12 holes will released over the coming weeks, and phase two of the RC drilling campaign will start immediately after the company completes a heritage survey at the site.
