Riedel Resources Limited (ASX:RIE) continues to obtain high-grade gold and silver assay results from recent RC drilling at its Kingman Project in Arizona, USA.
Chairman Michael Bohm said results continue to confirm the shallow, high-grade nature of gold and silver mineralisation at Tintic.
“Tintic continues to deliver for us. Another batch of results, another batch of high-grade gold and silver assays,” Mr Bohm said.
“Clearly, there is a blanket of high-grade gold and silver sitting just below the surface at Tintic. The questions are, how big is it and – just as important – is there a source close by?
“Our drilling has demonstrated it’s not just a couple of high-grade hits. There are now some 16 holes at Tintic that have returned assay grades of plus 10 g/t gold and many with very high silver grades.
“The latest example is hole 075D, with 3.8 m (downhole width) grading 18.1 g/t gold and 201 g/t silver. It is located approximately 75m south-east of hole 071D which we reported on June 6, 2022 and which had a high-grade zone of mineralisation of 1.5m grading 16.1g/t gold and 191 g/t silver.
“This new high-grade result reported in hole 075D sits on the south-west boundary of our mineralised envelope, so it potentially opens up that area for further extensions to the already large zone of mineralisation at Tintic.
“I am looking forward to the assay results from the remaining 16 holes, anticipated to be available in the coming weeks.”
Results from the latest batch of assays received include:
3.8m @ 18.1 g/t Au and 201 g/t Ag from 85.3m (2022-CHL-075D) incl – 1.5m @ 38 g/t Au and 482g//t Ag from 85.3m incl – 0.8m @ 62 g/t Au and 401g//t Ag from 86.1m;
1.5m @ 17.6 g/t Au and 17 g/t Ag from 26.7m (2022-CHL-098) incl – 0.8m @ 25.8 g/t Au and 26 g/t Ag from 26.7m
1.5m @ 5.75 g/t Au and 12 g/t Ag from 106.7m (2022-CHL-103) incl – 0.8m @ 9.27 g/t Au from 26.7m
2.3m @ 2.80 g/t Au and 70 g/t Ag from 31.2m (2022-CHL-104)
1.5m @ 2.34 g/t Au, 150 g/t Ag, 5.2% Pb and 4.4% Zn from 35.8m (2022-CHL-106)
0.8m @ 1.65 g/t Au and 435 g/t Ag from 96m (2022-CHL-084B)
