The Assay TV meets with Scott Wiliamson, managing director of Blackstone Minerals Ltd (ASX: BSX | OTCQX: BLSTF | FRA: B9S) at 121 Mining Investment London, a company focused on building an integrated battery metals processing business in Vietnam, producing nickel, cobalt, and manganese precursor products for Asia’s growing lithium-ion battery industry.
Scott explains the two MOUs the company has recently entered, one of which is with Cavico Laos Mining to collaborate in a number of areas associated with Cavico’s nickel mine in Laos, and supply nickel products for Blackstone’s Ta Khoa Refinery in Vietnam.
Blackstone is now looking to secure a joint venture partner to support the company’s path to production at Ta Khoa. At the same time, the company expects to announce its definitive feasibility study in the near future.
