The Assay TV talks to Oliver Davies, CEO of Sky Metals (ASX: SKY), an Australian company focused on the development and exploration of mineral resources in New South Wales, namely the Tallebung Tin Project and the Narriah Tin-Tungsten-Lithium Project.
Oliver kicks things off by discussing the substantial increase in its mineral resources estimate and exploration target at Tallebung. Thanks to ore sorting upgrades, a new exploration target of approximately 23-32Mt at a grade between 0.14 – 0.17 % tin has now been defined.
Sky Metals also received results from its maiden drill program at Narriah, where they explored for tin and tungsten mineralization beneath historic workings. While there is still work to be done, Davies expressed satisfaction with the developments so far as feasibility studies and preparations for the mine’s initial years continue.
