Arafura Rare Earths Limited (ASX: ARU) has reported that Catherine Huynh has stepped down as Company Secretary whilst she takes maternity leave.
The company is pleased to announce the appointment of Lewis Lowe and Matthew Foy as Joint Company Secretaries, effective immediately.
Mr Foy is a chartered secretary and Fellow of Governance Institute Australia (GIA). Mr Foy is a professional company secretary and director with over 15 years’ experience facilitating public company compliance with core strengths in the ASX Listing Rules, transactional and governance disciplines.
Mr Lowe is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand with over six years’ experience in public practice and commercial roles. Mr Lowe commenced employment with Arafura in 2019 and is currently in the role of Financial Controller.
