Codrus Minerals Set To List On ASX
Blackstone Minerals Limited (ASX:BSX) has revealed that its spin-out company Codrus Minerals Limited (CDR) has been admitted to the Official List of the ASX and official quotation of its shares on the ASX will commence on Wednesday June 23, 2021.
This follows the successful completion of its $8 million initial public offering (IPO) under a Prospectus.
Shares issued were allotted on June 17, 2021 to shareholders and the consideration of 35,000,000 ordinary shares received by Blackstone as part of the spin-out.
The spin out includes former Blackstone assets. the Record Mine Project, Silver Swan South Project, Red Gate Project, and Middle Creek Project.
The Gold Bridge project is located within the BC porphyry belt in British Columbia, Canada with large scale drill targets prospective for high grade gold- cobalt-copper mineralisation. The other nickel and gold projects are located in the Eastern Goldfields and Pilbara regions of Western Australia.
Blackstone’s primary focus on the flagship Ta Khoa Nickel-Copper-PGE project in Vietnam, and the spin-out follows an ongoing strategy to provide additional benefit to Blackstone shareholders through maximising value from the company’s non-core assets.
Blackstone is developing the district scale Ta Khoa Project in northern Vietnam where the company has a maiden resource and scoping study for the large-scale Ban Phuc Nickel-PGE deposit. The Ta Khoa Nickel-Copper-PGE Project has existing modern mine infrastructure built to international Standards including a 450ktpa processing plant and permitted mine facilities.
