Endurance Gold Corporation (TSXV: EDG | OTC: ENDGG | FSE:3EG) has shared drill results from its Reliance gold project in British Columbia. Assay results for three drill holes completed in the Imperial and Diplomat target areas have been reported with a highlight of 12.44g/t Au over 6.0m in a longer intersection of 9.3m at 8.98g/t in the Imperial Zone.
“The gold mineralizing system associated with the Royal Shear has now been traced for about 1,500m with drill intersections, indicating the Imperial Zone portion remains open to expansion to the northwest and at depth,” stated Robert T. Boyd CEO of Endurance Gold Corporation
“The Eagle Zone drilling is increasing our understanding of the size potential of this part of the Royal Shear gold system.”
The property is road accessible and located 4km east of the village of Gold Bridge, and 10km north of the historic Bralorne-Pioneer Gold Mining Camp which has produced over 4Moz of gold. Drilling at the Diplomat, Imperial, and Eagle Zones completed eight holes with over 2,100m of the ongoing 15,000m programme, which commenced in May.
The Diplomat Zone was also drilled and intersected the strike extension of the Imperial Zone returning 1.95g/t gold over 12.2m, including 12.85g/t over 1.5m in hole 23-062.
Endurance also sunk its deepest hole yet to test the down-dip plunge of Imperial. This hole intersected six mineralized intervals between 306.5m and 344.5m down hole.
Drilling has now been completed on two holes at the Eagle Zone and a third hole has commenced. Zones of intense silicification and local mineralization have been observed in core logging. Assay results are pending.
