Exploits Discovery Corp. (CSE: NFLD | OTCQX: NFLDF | FSE: 634) has announced that it will conduct a non-brokered private placement of up to approximately 18.2M flow-through common shares each at a price of C$0.11 each for gross proceeds of C$2.0M.
The gross proceeds received from the offering will be used to incur eligible Canadian exploration expenses that are flow-through mining expenditures as defined in the Income Tax Act (Canada) in relation to the company’s mining projects.
In connection with the offering, the company may pay a finder’s fee in respect of subscribers introduced to the company by an eligible finder.
All securities issued under the offering will be subject to a four-month-and-one-day statutory hold period in accordance with applicable securities laws. Completion of the offering remains subject to any required regulatory approvals.
