Freeman Gold Corp.’s (CSE: FMAN) (OTCQB: FMANF) application to list its common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) has been approved.
The company’s trading symbol “FMAN” will remain unchanged and shareholders will not be required to take any action in connection with Freeman’s listing on the TSX-V. The Shares will also continue to be listed on the OTCQB Marketplace in the United States under the symbol “FMANF” and on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbol “3WU”.
In connection with the listing of the Shares on the TSXV, the Company has submitted a request to voluntarily delist the Shares from the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE).
Freeman Gold management said it is anticipated that the TSXV listing will further increase the company’s visibility in the capital markets both domestically and globally.
