Green360 Technologies Limited (ASX: GT3) has announced it has successfully commissioned the chemical handling plant, being stage one of the low carbon concrete demonstration plant upgrade.
Engineering design has also been completed on the dry material handling plant, being stage two of the plant upgrade. The dry material handling plant is expected to be commissioned in Q2 of 2025.
Executive chairman Aaron Banks Commented, “The upgrades that are being implemented to our batching plant will allow for a greater degree of production accuracy in our cement free, low carbon concrete. This is a pivotal step in the pathway towards commercialization.”
Upon commissioning both the chemical and dry material handling plants, and other minor upgrades, the demonstration plant will be capable of producing 2m3 of cement free, low carbon concrete, per hour.
The plant upgrade is a key milestone for the joint venture in being able to produce a consistent and reliable concrete product, and the engineering infrastructure has been designed to accommodate future scalability.
