Marvel Discovery Corp. (TSXV: MARV | Frankfurt: O4T |OTCQB: MARVF), a Canadian-based emerging resource company, has announced that it intends to reprice and extend the expiration date of 1.2M share purchase warrants exercisable at C$0.25 each and expiring on 31 May 2023.
The warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement which were closed two years prior on 31 May 2021. Marvel Discovery proposes to reprice the warrants to C$0.20 per share and extend the expiry date by an additional two years until 31 May 2025.
All other terms and conditions of the warrants remain unchanged. Marvel Discovery has been listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) for over 25 years, and the extension is subject to their acceptance.
