Roscan Gold Corporation (TSXV: ROS) has confirmed that Srinivasan Venkatakrishnan will not be standing for re-election at its forthcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled to take place on April 26, 2022.
Mr Venkatakrishnan is assuming Chairmanship of Endeavour Mining Plc, a leading global gold producer and the largest in West Africa, in May 2022.
In order to ensure a smooth transition, mr Venkatakrishnan will continue to assist Roscan in an advisory role, for a period to be mutually agreed.
