Canadian junior explorer Summa Silver Corp. (TSXV:SSVR | OTCQX:SSVRF | Frankfurt:48X), has announced its common shares have been up-listed to the OTCQX from the OTCQB in the U.S. and are now trading on the OTCQX Best Market under the ticker symbol “SSVRF”.
The company says that trading on OTCQX will enhance its visibility and accessibility to U.S. investors. Summa Silver’s common shares will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol “SSVR”.
The company has also offered its consultants 200,000 incentive stock options vesting quarterly over a one-year period following the grant date with an exercisable price of $0.74, which shall expire on 14 June 2027.
