Australian resource and mineral processing technology company TNG Limited (ASX: TNG) has received a Direction to Prepare a Supplement to the company’s Draft EIS from the Northern Territory Environment Protection Authority (NT EPA).
The Directive was received in response to the NT EPA’s examination of the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for TNG’s TIVAN Processing Facility in Darwin (DPF) submitted in October 2019.
It also details comments from NT Government agencies and the NT EPA with instructions on the company’s required response in the Supplement to the Draft EIS.
TNG received only three submissions from the public during the public comment period, and these will be also addressed in the Supplement.
The comments provided are now being reviewed by the company’s senior management team together with its environmental consultants, Animal Plant Mineral (APM), prior to the commencement of the supplemental work and response.
