Assay TV is joined by Darren Collins, CEO and director of US Critical Metals (TSXV: USCM | OTCQB: USCMF), a rare earths exploration and development company with holdings in Montana and Idaho.
Darren informs us that US Critical Metals is developing three major projects. The first is the Clayton Ridge sediment-hosted lithium deposit located in south central Nevada. The project is located on the eastern flank of the Clayton Valley in Esmeralda County, a large, low-lying basin hosting the only producing lithium project in the US.
The second project is the Sheep Creek rare earth property located in Ravalli County, SW Montana, which Darren explains is considered one of the highest-grade light rare earth projects known within the country.
Finally, the company operates the Haynes Cobalt Project, located in the Idaho cobalt belt, southeast of the Jervois Global Idaho Cobalt Operations. The company expects this project to be the only producing primary cobalt asset in US, with full scale production planned for early 2023.
