Libero is a Canadian explorer with a collection of porphyry copper deposits throughout the Americas, but in this video, we zoom in on the company’s Mocoa project, which is located in Colombia’s Putumayo department in the south of the country.
Ian explains how Mocoa is a project of size and scale, with an inferred resource of 636Mt at 0.33% Cu and 0.038% Mo containing 4.6B lbs Cu and 510M lbs Mo. Recent assays from the first drill-hole are yielding positive results, and further drilling is planned for the rest of the year.
We also hear about the recent $8.3M capital raise in January this year, and Ian discusses how the money will be used to finance operations in Colombia in 2022.
