The Assay TV checks in with Robert Wares, president and CEO of Osisko Metals (TSXV: OM), a company looking to restart projects in historical mining camps through its lead-zinc Pine Point Project and the Gaspé Copper Project.
Robert tells us about the company’s recently updated MRE for the Gaspé Copper Project, which comprises an open-pit Indicated Resource of 495Mt grading 0.37% CuEq, representing a 30% increase in copper-equivalent metal content over the previously reported copper-only inferred resource as well as greater than 99% conversion rate from inferred to Indicated category.
Additionally, Robert talks about the market outlook for copper and how supply deficits look only to continue as we move towards 2025.
