Assay TV catches up with Shane Sikora, Managing Director of Rumble Resources, to discuss how recent drilling results from the company’s flagship Earaheedy Pb-Zn project in Western Australia are shaping Rumble’s understanding of the potential size and scope of the deposit.
To date, 50% of assay results from the company’s recent 50,000m drilling campaign have been received, with drilling focused on identifying and testing higher grade feeder zones across Earaheedy’s Chinook, Navajo, Magazine and Tonka prospects.
Shane discusses recent results from the Kalitan Feeder Zone within the Chinook Prospect, which returned 51m at 4.76% Zn-Pb and 5.81 g/t Ag from 82m, including 20m at 8.78% Zn-Pb and 11.65 g/t Ag from 98m and also identified significant copper intersections including 4m @ 1.54% Cu from 204m.
Shane shares plans for diamond drilling to test the Kalitan Zone’s underlying formations, targeting potentially significant Cu-Zn-Pb-Ag deposits. The interview also discusses how Rumble will use Kalitan as a template for exploring similar feeder structures across the project, including targets within the recently acquired Sweetwater tenement, which significantly expands Earaheedy’s exploration footprint.
