The Assay TV sits down with Simon Clarke, CEO and director of American Lithium (TSXV: LI | NASDAQ: AMLI), a company focused on developing significant lithium projects in the Americas, as well as one of the planet’s largest undeveloped uranium projects.
The company completed a maiden Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) for its Tonopah Lithium Claims (TLC) project located in the Esmerelda lithium district northwest of Tonopah, Nevada. Simon clarifies that the PEA demonstrates that the TLC project has the potential to become a substantial, long-life producer of low-cost lithium carbonate with the potential to produce either battery grade LCE or lithium hydroxide.
Simon also explains that American Lithium has made the decision to spin out its Macusani Uranium Project into an independent public company.
